Christ Church Cathedral (founded c.1028) is the spiritual heart of Dublin City, and one of Ireland's top visitor attractions. It is also a wonderful events venue and we are pleased to present our progamme of events for the year. It's ever-changing, so please visit us often. Christ Church Cathedral is hosting this exhibition. The Iconographer is Adrienne Lord, BA. Fine Art Hons. Adrienne will be showing Icons from the Greek Byzantine tradition along with some Russian inspired Icons. Demonstrations by the artist on the last Friday of each month.
Come and listen to a recital by Christ Church organ scholar Caroline Richards, who will play a selection of music on the cathedral's fine organ.

As part of our Crypt Open Afternoon, we will be running a fascinating ‘Monks’ Tour’ aimed a 7 -10 year olds. Children have the chance to dress up in their own little monks’ habits and learn all about the monks who lived at Christ Church, what they ate, what they wore and what they did every day!
Roy Byrne will lead this fascinating Tour focusing on the wonderful artifacts on display in the crypt.
